ILC President

On behalf of Intermountain Logging Conference Board of Directors and my wife Kari and I, we’d like to extend a sincere invitation to you, your crew, and family to attend the 81st Annual Intermountain Logging Conference & Equipment Show (ILC) April 3-5, 2019. Once again we will be at the Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center located in Spokane Valley, Washington.

This year marks Eighty-one (81) years of tradition and still going strong.  The ILC was started in 1938 with Don McKenzie.

Our ILC Vice President, Erika Sussi of G. Ikola Inc. from of McCall, Idaho, has put together a program revolving around Team work, titled, “Working Together for a Better Tomorrow.”  We’ll have presentations from Loggers, Equipment Dealers, Resource Professionals, and Innovators from throughout the logging industry. We all are working hard to ensure that you will find this program informative, educational, useful, and entertaining. We want you to take home some great memories and nuggets of information to help your business. As always there will be continuing education credits for the various state logger programs.  Please continue to check our website for the updated 81st Program Agenda.

We are looking forward to Keynote Speaker Mark Brinkmeyer of Idaho Forest Group and his message of “Growing the Timber Industry in the Age of Automation: Sustaining and Developing Strong, Committed, and Enterprising Employees”

The ILC is a time to meet new friends, and renew old ones. Make it a goal to talk with someone new this year. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll learn. With that in mind, we’ve left plenty of time for socializing, networking, looking at equipment and visiting with all the vendors.

Come join us Wednesday through Friday, April 3-5, 2019 in the Spokane Valley. We look forward to seeing you there!
